Precise ECN back testing in MT4

Hi, Does anyone know how I can make precise ECN back testing in MT4, using M1 and Tickdata historical data, or where to get the informations. I really appreciate if anyone can give me some useful information’s.

Depends on what you need backtest? Type of strategy...?! some strategies can´t be backtested.

Hello Swatish

My EA’s strategy is a combined Scalp, Hedge and Grid with close parameters on a 1 minute chart.

I did try to backtest with those historical data that I do have, but it seems not to work as well as it does in Real,
so I believe that I need to use historical tickdata converted to use on MT4, to get it more precise.

try download tickdata for 1 minute from broker, some broker have database of data. Some you can download throug F2 button in MT4
