why custom indicator change value

Hi,
I create custom indicator and it return different values.
I attach to chart and wait for few minutes and attach again, the value shown up on the 2 indicator windows are not the same.
Can you tell me what could cause this problem?

Probably is the Bar calculation coding. Or you using 2 different Broker platform to test?
