Hello, I am currently doing PAMM.

You may be curious that if my EA is pretty sure to make me rich, why do I not do it alone.

The purpose of doing PAMM is we could consider PAMM's advantages.

First, we can share the profits and also share the risks with each other.

Second, could gather high capital volume from potential customers to operate better profits.

As you know, the FX market is quite risky, it is better to put some spare money rather than put the whole of your money. But if I only put my spare money, the profit will be less but I also have to take all risks alone.

However, if a lot of people join PAMM with their spare money, the running volume of capital will be bigger, which means profits will be bigger as well. Even risks will be shared.

As a trader, I strongly believe that PAMM is a one of useful system.

Share the profits and divide the risks!

As I mentioned above, I am looking for potential investors to join my PAMM.

The name of my EA is Reislaufer.

As you can see, my EA(Reislaufer, which means Swiss mercenaries) will trade on EUR/CHF only.

Can use both MT4 and MT5 platforms.

It is operating only fully EA without human emotion or desire.

EA does not use risky strategies such as martingale, grid as well as HFT scalping, etc.. I know that mostly EA is martingale based which means it has the possibility of losing everything.

As you know, in Martingale strategy, there is a limitation to open trade lots (of course, if you have unlimited money, you could open lots unlimited as well), so if you open against the trend, you may lose all of your funds.

My EA uses 1:25 leverage which is suitable under ASIC or FCA conditions.

it is using Auto lots method (compound interest style)


ex) $1k - 0.1 expected average daily profit is = $9

$10k - 1 = $90

$100k - 10 = $900

$1m - 100 = $9000

etc..


Average monthly profit is 10% ~ 12%

Usually trade 3 to 4 days a week.

It could hold a position for a few days to a few months.

It is suitable for long-term investors with enough patience. Not suitable for those who are looking for open lots of trades daily or quick profits.

Of course, I CANNOT 100% GUARANTEE the profits. As you know, no one knows the future.

If it really works well, I am planning to sell my EA with the license as well.


Strategy:

EA will trade on EUR/CHF only.

Due to low volatility and less volume, it will open trade during the Asian session as a result, usually trade will open once or twice a day.

EA is using a Trailing Stop function which is more effective.

The maximum SL is 300 pips but from the simulation, during 6 to 7 years, only happened a few times. Since I started with a real account, I have never lost so far.

Again, never ever use dangerous strategies like martingale, grid, HFT etc..

I would like to explain in more detail, but it is quite difficult to explain in English.

It will work on the ECN environment only with the lowest spread(better performance when it is the lowest spread from the LPs).

I attached my backtesting result with MetaQuotes Software Corp MT5 test environment (real-time spread + slippage adjusted).

From 04/2015 - 04/2021. Why I tested from 04/2015 is that there is no meaning to test before starting the Francogeddon.

Current results, you can check on myfxbook results with a real account from 04/2021 to today.

Conditions of Testing.

Delay: 10ms (considered using VPS usually less than 10ms)

Real-time Spread + Slippage adjusted from pure MetaQuotes. (MT4 provides only Fixed spreads and no slippages environment so inaccurate than MT5)

Time Frame: H1

Modeling: Every tick based on real tick

Initial deposit: $10k

Commission: $7 per lots

Leverage: 1:25

Profit factor: 3.11

Recovery Factor: 2.17

MDD : 22.73

Sharpe ratio : 0.28

Winning rate: 97.92


I know you may be concerned about MDD and the low Sharp ratio.

First, MDD is usually below 10%(you can refer to the myfxbook results) however, when the trade reaches the SL, it could be increased(as I mentioned above, max SL is 300pips).

Second, low Sharpe ratio is that because, EA will open trade during the Asian session, which means even could open between 23:00 and 00:00 when the New York market is closed, as you know, during this period, spreads will widen and also could happen lots of slippages (due to low liquidity) and charged swap fees, these factors are effect on Sharp ratio.
