If a company build a bridge and then it collapse, the CEO and the Engineer of this Company goes to the Jail!! If u make a mistake, u must pay for it!! We only asked for a refund, theu did not replied nothing to us, but had the time to reply to Avangate to refuse the refund! I am free to say what i want and i am not offendin no one of the partecipant of this forum and u can call Asshole only ur brother

The difference between a winner and a loser is how you handle circumstance and blame. Deep down, where you never really want to look, you knew, when you bought it, that this was a possibility, as it is with any system you buy. You would serve yourself better by honing your prepurchase skills than to castigate something that worked until it didnt. Its one thing to sell something that never worked, like Forex Steam. Its completely another to fail after a period of success. Grow up.

Now i see u speak in an edecucate manner and so i will reply! So u think that really they was professional? that what their website says is true? Please, take the time to read it again! Where was the analist to not let the sytem trade during such event? where he was to cut the losses? i have already explained that i have lost only few hundreds euros that was my gain from january, because i know how to evaluate risk very well!! But is insane a drawdown of 80% in 1 day! They also did not spent 1 minute to come here to explain the situation to people here ho found their accounts depleted, but had the time to reply to Avangate refusing refunds!! U still think they deserve respect? if u want respect u must have respect! if u see me joking is not because i am a joker, because i do not like to cry on myself! at least i deserve to say what i think here, since i have bought this 'EA' 20 days ago and i had something completely different from what was supposed to be! where is the new version? in what consist? is too hard to explain? It may blow tomorrow but I have decided a risk I am comfortable with considering the potential reward available. Move on and do something productive my friend. You are not doing yourself or anyone else any favours ranting on here, everyone knows the downfalls of this EA.

It's very funny to see how disappointed and angry everyone is. For all of the ones that decided to risk capital for a promising amount of 30% monthly:

Did you have the chance to see sPhantoms positions record?
Have you ever wondered what if rescue position got it 250 pips SL, as it happened last week?

If you have not, then you deserve last week's draw dawn because you are stupid and blind.
Ff you have, then you deserve last weeks draw dawn because you decided to risk your capital for a 30% a month.

But don't come and cry like little girls, behave like grow ups. Accept what happened and move forward, with sPhantom or any other EA.

That's not even close to reality. The CEO and Engineer of a company that builds bridges give you an explicit warranty that bridge won't fall; that's their job - making bridges which persist in time.

Forex equals risk. And you accepted it from the beginning and if you are not yet convinced read the U.S. Government Required Risk Disclaimer again and CFTC RULE 4.41.

Any EA can blow an account also one which was profitable in the past! This morning Vf was also kicking my ass hard but at luch time it recovered and had small gain!! It's hard to deplete an account in 1 day (someone achieved this goal anyway)! Remember is always a matter of money managment!!

My friend i am a Lawyer and a Financial advisor with regular degree and registered in the appropriate Public register in my Country and i trade from 1996, so for sure i know better than u risks infact i was running this scrap at 3%! i am not so sure u was aware of the risk involved! maybe my English is not good, but i think anyone can understand what i say and u did not replyed to my question because u know i am right! The problem is that some people here don't want to admit we receveid a damage form an inappropriate action!!And anyway u can do what u want and i will continue to do what i want till when i will not get my refund!!
