Welltower Boosts FY23 NFFO Guidance
(RTTNews) - Healthcare infrastructure company Welltower Inc. (WELL) on Monday raised its earnings guidance for the full-year 2023.
For fiscal 2023, the company now projects normalized funds from operations attributable to common stockholders in a range of $3.51 to $3.60 per share, up from the prior guidance range of $3.48 to $3.59 per share.
On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $0.64 per share for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Indonesia GDP Growth Fastest In 2 Years
Indonesia's economic growth accelerated the most in two years in the second quarter driven by household spending and investment, official data showed Tuesday. Gross domestic product expanded 5.12 percent year-on-year in the second quarter, following an annual growth of 4.87 percent seen in the first quarter. The latest expansion was the fastest since the second quarter of 2023.
