This is the biggest mistake beginners do- thinking of becoming pro within a month or two. But I would suggest to practice on demo account at least for 6 months. Free signals can be tried on a demo account, as nowadays many providers offer free signals -one or two signals daily. It's not like that you should not join when the news are releasing. I have seen many scalpers making their great move during the news/ events. But that's a pro case, I guess. If you're learning, it's ideal to start with the small trades like intrday or swing trades. However, try other basic indicators like the most common Moving average. Start mastering on this indicator. It's really very helpful for profitable gains.
