Global Prime sabotaged me from making profits, by deliberately delaying the funding of my brokerage account, when a market rally was ongoing.
Rallies or trends are the best profit moments on the Market.
The rally was induced by the Israel-Iran conflict that started Friday, June 14th 2025, and had strong influence on Crude Oil and Equities.

When the news Israel had attacked Iran's nuclear facilities reached me on June 14th, 2025, I made a local bank transfer immediately that day, using my local Australian Dollar (AUD) account to Global Prime's AUD account under the beneficiary; Gleneagle Securities (Aust) Pty Ltd, their parent company. This type of fund transfer is completed within a few seconds; origin account to destination account, or maximum one business day. Thus, I expected my brokerage account funded Monday June 16th, the next business day which was also the usual processing time, in normal market conditions Global Prime took to fund my brokerage account in the past via similar transfer method, from the same AUD account.
When the funding did not happen on June 16th, I contacted Global Prime's Support on June 16th by email and included the bank transaction receipt. I received a response from Global Prime's Support they would take 1-5 business days to fund my brokerage account. Nothing happened after 5 business days, except the Support staff without last names kept responding they were waiting for response from their Finance Team. While their delay was happening, the market rally was ongoing and I was missing out on profits.

After the rally which lasted for about 2 weeks had ended, to cover their act of sabotage, they sent some irrelevant questionnaire 8 business days after they maliciously failed to fund my brokerage account. They were irrelevant questionnaires I had already answered during my registration on their platform, including a stupid question why I was using an AUD account if I was not residing in Australia. Well, how else can one transfer funds to Australia very fast? Local transfer!
They also asked how much my annual investments would be on their platform, to weigh their potential profits.
Note, this was the same AUD account I had used to fund my brokerage account several times on their platform for several months in regular market conditions which are usually volatile, when there were no market rallies, and there were no delays, questionnaires or whatsoever, rather they funded my brokerage account, maximum 1 business day after my bank processed the transfer. When the Market is volatile and the risk of investment loss is high, they fund your brokerage account very fast, setting you on course for potential losses.

While the market rally was ongoing, suddenly, they have concerns now, with this same AUD account I have used several times and sought to base that as the reason for the delayed funding of my brokerage account extending their processing time from the usual 1 business day to 9 business days. They sabotaged me by taking 9 business days instead of 1 business day to fund my brokerage account during the Crude Oil rally thus held me off from making profits from the rally which had prompted me to initiate June 14th's transfer. Absolutely malicious!

On June 26th, they funded my brokerage account; (9 business days late). When they funded my brokerage account, they made sure the Crude Oil rally was over, a few days after the Israel-Iran conflicts had settled and the loss inflicting volatility was back on the market.

MALICIOUS BROKER! Their 5star reviews like the ones on Google are fake and instigated. BEWARE!

Global Prime has all you need.The only think better would be in Canada since they have they best investor protection plan IN the WORLD. But Australia is OK too.

Top notch broker all around, fast executions, love the 0 commissions, low spreads, positive slippage to the client sometimes possible here. super customer service, fast friendly, and really the best broker I have used for forex in 20 years. Decent swaps, no tricks, they are an A book broker that doesn't prey on their clients.

Global Prime notified me less than 48 hours before the ASIC Product Intervention Order took effect (which significantly reduced retail traders leverage), resulting in me losing nearly $15,000 in my account.

ASIC announced the change 5 months ago. but I was told about it on Thursday afternoon. They said I could either deposit $100,000 to cover the leverage reduction that would take place in the next couple of days, or my account would easily go into margin call and pretty much all my open trades would be closed.

Just got registered earlier this week, today made the deposit and it was processed instantly. This is my 3rd broker, the previous brokers are fine, I just don't want to put eggs in one bucket. Their customer services (for me) are excellent, they're communicative and friendly, like when I want to change leverage, they ask many questions just to make sure I understand the risks. They allow all kind of trading style, no restriction at all, my ea is a scalping ea, although seems few users saying scalping won't work with them, let see how it goes with mine.

Great broker. I think the swap rates could definitely use improvement, but that aside, the spreads and execution are spot on by and large, and the customer service is top notch.

Problem is funding and withdrawal for people out of Australia. Netteller charges, Visa charges, Bank Transfer also charges a lot. I would like to choose that broker but how?
