Haven’t seen detailed answers from support. A standard account has much wider spreads than ultra low.

At first, it wasn’t convenient to use app and analyze in MT5. My opinion changed once they added new web platform with cool charts and analytical tools. Now feel myself better.

I knew they were gonna be great to use, so I’m not surprised about their low fees and just overall decent services. Withdrawals also worth mentioning, as they usually process within one day.

I enjoy the new update, where they introduced their own trading platforms. It has great features in it, and the tradingview charts are the cherry on top. They were really in need of this addition.

The fees. They are nice on an ultra low account, but with it I can’t access the promos. However, on a standard account the fees are above average imho.

the withdrawal have to be channel back to our banking account. not the credit card. xm liked to contra the deposit we made by credit card, however, when the second deposit was made through banking transfer, the withdraw still channel back to credit card.

Do they add new promotions every quarter? I remember there was one in spring, then another one in summer, and now in autumn. Got a $750 bonus by reaching 10 lots per week.
What would you improve about XM Group?
Nothing, the recent update closed all my questions and they’ve become better than earlier.

If you want to reap those bonuses, then you better focus on your risk management because reaching 10 lots per week is not a joke, some traders might be liquidated, so I don’t recommend anyone, in particular, beginners, don’t bite off more than you can chew.
