I have been trading forex at IC Markets since 2013. IC Markets is the world best True ECN broker. Their Spread is very low and if you want to trade with commodities you should go to IC Markets. I personally recommend people to trade with IC Markets.

this is a very good broker. Reasons:
 - best trading conditions - leverage 500 is still available,
 - ECN account is excellent, combined with rebates it is even better
 - quick and free deposits and withdrawal
 - VPS for free if you have more than 15 lots per month
I am using them since 2015

IC Markets will proceed with the termination of your Introducing Broker agreement as of 18.06.2019. With this notification we comply with the minimum notice period required by our Introducing Broker agreement.

6.2 Termination on 14 day’s notice

Either party may terminate this document upon the provision of 14 day’s written notice to the other party.

During this 14 day period, please make arrangements to discontinue your IB activities. You will continue to receive IB commissions from your introduced clients as normal.

IcMarkets ' broker ' started exequte orders without using Ask Bid prices at Ecn accounts.
Also canceled ib business of our company.... not recommended broker anymore.
IB links and banners of this Kitchen will be deleted from our site. We will send all reports to ASIC regulator - also will start our own thread at Forex Peace Army...

IcMarkets Total Scum and worst support that never can fix any bugs with dead servers
We will post video where IcMarkets do not use Ask and Big 5 times and take also ECN commission. If you like to to work with such Kitchen - go loose your every dollar...
We better go at PepperStone or ThinkForex...too much blood they took from us

y does it take so long to close an auto trade. atm i took a risk in this trade but its over the 1400AUD mark atm but so far i have asked for the trade to be closed and so far its taken over the 3 hours to close and still saying that its loading and waiting for this trade to close (EURJPY) trade 1.15 currently now at 844.02. if i wanted to close a trade. i should have the power to close a auto trade there and then......can any1 help on this issue plz

Dear macdoug: You can deposit as much as you want on your credit card. You will ave a positive balance. Form there you can ask your credit card company to deposit the funds in excess on your limit to your bank account.

withdraw it to the card. it just means you will have a positive balance on your credit card which you can access however you like

Absolutely love this broker. Low commissions and low spreads. The have the cTrader platform which is absolutely the best.

I was trading with them for many months. And any problems here never happened except for my own internet connection problem. The only complain is the time they transfer my withdrawal, it is too much time for the funds to be visible in my bank account. Except of that, a nice experience. And good trading platform.Thumbs up!

@FTMFX very good informative response. This is exactly what they should have told me on the phone / email support. They can keep my records on file, but they don’t need to show me expired cards in Funding / Withdrawal areas of the back office.

They have taken my feedback and removed my inactive / expired cards - from my view at least.

Old cards need to be on your profile, they didn't remove them, they cant by law. All data remains on server for 7 years from time of the person being idle (not using the service)... It's all part of the Anti-Money Laundering Act. The first lot of monies that go into your FX Account need to be accounted for, it has to be known what card was used at that time, so no data is removed.

But I must admit, and this goes for all FX Brokers, the support is is lame on all of them, 20 emails need to be sent instead of the one to get the point across.

I had 'similar' experience, but I still support them 100%.
They had old cards on my Profile, and I wanted them removed because: 1) many I no longer use, and 2) some may have expired.
I asked them to remove them, and they did not do this. It took a few emails before they seemed to understand my points (above).
Sometimes the people that work in Support do not understand English very well. This can be frustrating. But generally they try.
And generally they give satisfactory outcomes. It can just be a bit difficult to break the communication barrier down.

probably you not understanding what happened.. there is nothing wrong with their site... you have to understand that spreads are widened during news releases.

their demo is the same as the live. and they dont deny payments either, try reading the rules, u can only wd to the same source you deposited from.
