I have tried tradingfxvps for 7 days now. I am happy using it: low latence, customer service very fast response and helpfull. i would recommend this vps sevice for others

5 stars. I have been with them for over 6 months with uninterrupted vps service at London LD4. Zero downtime. Zero reboots. Very low latency to Tickmill and Darwinex. Keep it up!

I have been using TradingFxVps for about a year and will migrate to somewhere else next month. Up until August 2017, there were 2-3 system downs during trading hour. These are understandable and forgivable. In August, there were a couple of power failures leading to power maintenance at the end of August. However, in September I found that are still some reboots happened. Seems like power maintenance does not help. And till today, it rebooted 3 days in a row during trading hours.

Regarding the support, they are quite fast if you ask questions that they are willing to answer, e.g., how to setup things. If you report problems, sometimes you need to wait. Additionally, support is not 24/5 online. I have experience that I received an email from the support in the evening, then I replied back to them about 20 min later, I needed to wait until next morning to receive their reply. Anyways, thanks for great support until last couple of months.

We did not reply to you immediately as we are checking on the issue you've mentioned. Recently there was indeed a power failure on one of our node. We have apologized and offered a 50% credit back due to the issue. However, for the subsequent reboot, we have explained that it comes solely only from your VPS.

As we checked all the VPS on the similar server node, only your VPS was rebooted. Thus we believe there might be certain programs or updates setting which might have caused the reboot.

In any case, we have communicated over the email and assisted you and is waiting for your credential before we could perform any investigation. I do look forward resolving your issue once the market closed.

Or another option is to swap you onto another node, and re-setup everything on a new VPS.

The problem is now solved and it does not come from the VPS provider. I am sorry for this misunderstanding.

We have resolved the issue. It was a misunderstanding as the client had set Windows Update to run automatically daily. Hence it caused the VPS to reboot automatically after every update.

I shopped around for a few VPS services. This is the best value for the price.

-Customer service is so amazing it will melt your face off.
-When you log into the VPS they have MT4 instructions for you to set up MT4 in case the VPS restarts.
- They check in with you and follow up to make sure everything is going ok

I know there are a bunch of shady Forex VPS providers out there. I can assure you, this ain't one of them.

- Ping time to my broker is so freakin fast
- Server speed just on the internet is 200 Mbps down and up

I would recommend these guys to anyone just starting and needing a VPS.

Set up a trial version to try out their speed and service and compare with another provider I am using at the moment. Gotten email confirmation of login details after the payment then try to connect. But tried for the next few hours still unable to connect stating that the remote computer is off or not available on the network. So I do not understand what they meant by immediate activation in their website.

No live chat. Only email and Skype. Send message through Skype and waited for 30mins also no reply. So have to open a ticket (Ticket ID: 986978) so now just have to sit back and wait for them to reply. Felt disappointed before even starting to use the server.
The existing provider have a real live chat system and get problems answered fast.
