I believe that if you have noticed some results from your learning, for example, you have already created demo account and successfully practiced at it, you created your own trading strategy and it showed results, then it's the right time to move on a real account. Predominantly yes. However, if you have already learnt plenty of information about trading and investing, then perhaps you can start off from the real account. The main here is to understand that you will definitely have losses on your first steps. There are no traders who haven't faced losses on his first steps. Basically, you can start from real account, but I would recommend you to prepare a particular sum of money which will be used as practice. For example, if you have 100$, then you can allocate 50$ for practicing and the rest part you will use after getting some experience.

I can't agree, for me high leverage was one of the most important things why I've choose this brokerage among many others. Yes, for beginners high-leverage is too risky and that's better to use lower lavarage but if you're advanced trader that have a good understanding of the market and risks, then high-leverage can be your best friend, as you will use it to boost your trading up.

I like to work with a brokerage, it has quite favorable trading conditions. Since I trade at Forex, my trading conditions are: $2.5 commission per side, $5 per roundturn (that's briefly). I can probably even write that this broker has the best trading conditions for the cTrader platform :)

I haven't seen many of those movies, but my favorite movie was and still is Trading Places (1983).Eddie Murphy, Dan Ackroyd and Jamie Lee Curtis have created an unforgettable trio in this great movie hit. The main characters are full of opposites. One of them is Louis Winthorpe, who runs the business of a large company that makes a lot of profit. The other is an uneducated tramp Billy Ray Valentine, dissatisfied with his life. What could they have in common? Absolutely nothing. They would never have met if it wasn't for one so-called experiment. I really recommend watching a movie.
