hi, i have a question regarding registration for the contest
I just recently moved to another country to study
so in registration process, what should I put in the "country" column?
my country of nationalities (one who issued my passport) or my current country of residence?

I think you should put the name of the country of Nationalities (one who issued you passport). It will be your valid residence proof.
