Of course hundreds of pips a month is possible.
A goal of 5-10 pips a day is what I am for. So 100-200 pips a month is what I am looking at.
So averaging several hundred pips a month should be doable for very experienced traders.

Actually, which traders have enough knowledge they can make even thousands of pips quite consistently! But, low skilled traders don’t get consistent result here! That’s the reality.

Then your doing that math wrong. 500X 20 pips a day on a $100 account would mean $1e50 in a year.

There is a big difference between making 20 pips in a day and AVERAGING 20 pips a day. Anyone can be lucky and make 20 pips a day but the difficulty is doing that EVERY day.

And what is the difference? At the end you will have 20*20 = 400 pips a month = the same profit.

I am sure, for a good skilled Forex trader 100 pips is not such a big deal (as a monthly target).
