General speaking I would like to remind everybody that forex trading involves high risk. That’s why “slow and steady profits” are the name of the game. And yes, I am well aware that it is easy and comfortable to say “The broker is guilty, the software was guilty, the signal provider…., the internet provider….., the market went crazy ….”, but the truth is that every trader is responsible by himself for his actions.

You're always escape away from admitting that my main point is that I can't trust your service and rely on it because you treat me badly as you replied to me after 9 days from payment date !!! ... This point made me to refuse using your EA ... and even not to download it.
Why you didn't go straight to the point and tell the people here about your excuses about such huge delay ... What's going in your mind?
Also, why you didn't reply to my Skype chat requests while you are already Online ... (I have the proof as well if you like me to show ... everything is documented at my PC.
Is that because I paid by Skrill ? You have to treat people as humans, not as $$$ ...
Can I, one day, rely on your - supposed to be promptly - help desk to solve any problem for me if I start trading using your EA?
This is the main point for me.
Such delay and ignorance for me, made me to not trust you and your product ...
If you want to reply, and want to give any evidences :) please don't forget to tell (all here) why such delay ...
Am I right to think this way?

We get best price across variety of liquidity providers, UBS, Citi, JP etc. Just because you got stopped out one time doesn't really mean much. Hard to say what you are comparing though. Like if your account was 50k + and you trading with 100pip + SL and the spread widened to say 50+ pips then you probably getting fucked. But 20 pip SL that is just noise.

@Forex21 I still don't understand or see any safety features in your marti grid. Your low risk account shows no such feature. Only accounts with 1000:1 can survive which no ECN broker can offer. We have to play with market makers which is a shame.

Yep, that's a great example of what happen if you believe just once that you know better than the market. Trading would have been stopped at minus 30% but as I knew better i got some 'really bad eggs' at the end.

They claim Skrill payment is not refundable according to their rules for ripping money from clients! but the thing is that they completely neglect to learn how to do the right of marketing for their products and learn the basic rules of the client rights and even how to satisfy clients to make them a returning buyers again and again. They need some courses of Developments of Communications skills, How to market your product the fair way and may be How to respect your clients and make them returning buyers for every product of yours.
According to your previous posted image for their Low Risk account, I think they must add the good product too to their service as PoweFlow EA is failed.

I own several products from Forex21 and can say only good things about them. Nope, I am not rich yet but I am to old to search for magic beans.

Your screenshot tells me that they communicated with you absolutely normal. The way you are try to force them to refund you is really not ok. There terms say clearly that they do not offer refunds for orders not processed through there payment processor. So, if you are unhappy with the situation you can only blame yourself.
As you wrote that you are in the process of growing up, I am certain that you will be fine. I guess 😎

They claimed on the discussion page that they are their customer's accounts and it's privacy protection...!!! llloooolll
