It looks like the pair has rebounded from 0.7835. There could be a new move up to 0.7930.

The longterm range this pair is stuck it makes it almost impossible to trade unless one is opening very shortterm positions.

It is true GBP/JPY is high spread trading pair . but I like to trade this currency pair because my trading strategy gives me 80% profit by using this pair. But I feel fear to trade in gold. it is so much risk and volatile. EUR/USD trading pair is lucky pair in Fx for mostly traders especially for the newbie.

Three years is a very long time, even for a long term analysis. I think that at best there will be a drop to 0.7000.

Some people do keep very long term positions, everything is possible. I, personally, wouldn't.
