Honestly, they are NOT orphaned trades. Orphaned trades are those that the EA doesn't know about and won't control or manage it.
Right now, I have 6 SELL EUR/USD trades open and the master account here only has 5. Which according to people here, is ONE ORPHANED TRADE. This isn't an orphaned trade because the EA knows about it and is managing it.
Check my screenshot, and the BlueMonkey EA does display 6 trades. If it displayed 5 trades, and 6 were open, then yes, one of them is indeed an orphan and I would be worried. The differences are due to different brokers, latency and slippage.

yet this will happen very very rarely. almost 5% of times it can happen.

2)FXCM Demo (same broker as bluemonkey master account)

Since they are new there are no trades yet.

Hi,
My advise is that do not use this EA on live account as it had wiped out my two accounts. Every time Alex visited my VPS and told me that "This is Strange!!!" and that strange had no solution till date. It had taken many trades and left orphaned till the accounts were wiped out despite the help was sought many times and Alex remained helpless. Also, it takes very high lots with many trades after some time and causes huge floating loss and wipe out the account. I had tested on Tallinex, IC Markets and Pepperstone and it had same failure on all brokers where I had used it.

Shesh so many opinions, so little facts! I have been using on pepperstone live account for 3+ months and never hit SL once, only straight profit. are you on ECN account or standard?
