MyFXbook new account problems

Hi All!

I'm trying to create a new demo account here over the past month, but I'm encountering an error message every time I attempt to do so. The message states: 'Cannot connect to your account. Please check the login credentials.'
I'm confident my credentials are correct. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

I have the same problem, but it seems related to my blackbull accounts only. So i am not sure if it is an issue with myfxbook or with blackbull...

do you also have blackbull accounts not syncing on myfxbook? I am trying to get them to fix this issue

Try a different broker. Or a different account type with the same broker

This issue has been solved!

They've updated my broker's servers IP addresses and everything turned out to work out well!
To answer your question @ElenaRim75 , no i'm using a different broker, but it might be a similar issue.

I also have problem connecting my MT4 XM account to myfxbook and it says ' Cannot connect to your account. Please check the login credentials.' I am sure I typed the right credentials. What's happening to myfxbook? Please enlighten me with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Try to contact the support team, and they will most probably update your broker's servers IP addresses.
