For over 3 years, I have used this platform as often as I can in a month; the customer support are readily available and are able to communicate effectively which is great.
This is also an affordable platform that is considerate and wants the benefit of its traders

No gripes about fxpro after a year of daily trading. The profits are not there still, but I was trading with the smallest volume untill the recent times.
Right now I am on the Raw account so I have more freedom and a bigger deposit to work with.

My account has been trading on FXPro for half a year, during which most of it was profitable. However, on the morning of July 31st, MT4 suddenly couldn't go up. I saw a negative balance of over 9000 on the backend, but my long order account holding gold was over 80000 US dollars. I contacted the online client and was told that the MT4 account was invalid. The backend sent an email to reset the password. I saw that my account had changed to -9000 US dollars. At 23:56 on MT4 time, when you placed an order for 50 lots of palladium, I didn't even know what variety it was!!! And the spread is huge, 1700 spreads, a price that does not exist in the market, close 50 lots of palladium for me. Closing all positions within ten seconds resulted in a direct loss of 80000 US dollars in my account. During this period, I kept sending emails to contact FXPro, and they insisted that it was me who traded on my own. I did not make any operations on the 30th, and I can swear that my password has always been very secure. And why do I have to lose all my money at once? The email said that all of my orders were opened at IP address 104.194. Upon checking, it was found that this address is from the UK. I haven't left the province this month, so why bother with the UK?! The platform even insisted on using VPN to place orders, including the golden order on the evening of the 30th, which was operated by myself. The commission website has also been helping me inquire about my account issues. Normally, a commission of 40000 US dollars would be given for a spread of 1700, but unfortunately, the liquidation time happened to be one hour before the closing, and according to FXPro regulations, there is no commission during this time. Such a large platform is playing tricks and ignoring customer issues. Domestic agents or trading departments cannot afford to directly inflate customer funds.Are all the orders I made myself? My experience of trading on this broker's platform is quite ordinary. And most likely my description will be similar to the description of experience of any other Fxpro client.
But I'm sure that ths is the advantage of broker.
Fxpro gives stability to its clients. And many traders want to get exactly that.

I think financial markets are unstable and each new trading day is not like previous one. This is a source of stress for traders. Therefore, many of us want to gain confidence from services we use.
I believe that Fxpro is one of the most reliable and stable brokers.

Still a tier 1 brokerage. FxPro excels in almost every aspect of the service they provide. I have solid experience with brokers, and comparing them to others is the best way to see how good they are. From regulation to trading infrastructure, everything is fine. Even customer support they have one of the most helpful support.

I know that the Fxpro Metatrader 4 is one of the oldest and most popular trading platforms in the world but to be honest this platform is not suitable for advanced trading with new modern technical tools and soon I’m going to switch to another platform.

It's a bit odd situation because when you enter the website, the amount of information is just shocking. It is the educaitonal materials whish are extensive and the tools to use. Or it is the platforms and any other information you need.

But the information about account types is limited, so this is the part to develop.

Not so long ago, I read a tip on how to differentiate professional and established brokers from the rest, and it is not only about the regulations and licenses. It was about customer service, and it was elaborated on pretty well. Only established and good brokers offer top-notch customer care. Before this, I did not even consider customer service when I was assessing a broker, but this is a very important aspect when you become profitable and make frequent withdrawals. There is always something that needs to be sorted out.
I am glad I am spreading the word about FxPro's excellent customer support. They fully deserve it.

This is a well structured and organized platform, everything works perfectly and it has one of the best customer service experiences. pricing though... not the most affordable.

I like almost everything about this broker. Indeed, they need to improve their services in the future, but comparing them to other brokers in the market, then I should conclude that their conditions are supreme.
Pricing is kinda vague, especially if you are newcomer in the trading industry, nevertheless it's competitive. I don't notice how I am charged certain costs, because the broker's pool of liquidity providers allows it to maintain spreads on a good level. They don't expand suddenly, they float around normal values and this is captivating for me.

Many traders know that FxPro has really high quality services. Сompany uses only proven tools and ensures operartion of each service.
This of course has positive effect on reputation.

In turn, this reputation forces company to carefully ensure that each tool works perfectly. As an example, company uses a special order execuiton system that allows to execute even large orders without slippage

FxPro is definitely number one in my list of brokers because none of them can compare with them in terms of quality and quantity of financial services for traders. I have not seen other brokers which could offer four types of trading platforms like FxPro, for instance, traders can choose a trading platform among cTrader, FxPro platform, MT4 and MT5 which is offered by FxPro broker! Personally, I chose a cTrader platform and it was easy to adjust to it and without heavy troubles!

Oh... I ain't have mixed feelings about this broker. I would say my emotions are strongly positive, because there is nothing to complain about much.
Indeed, the platform initially seemed to be sophisticated for me, but you know, it's ok. Top-tier brokers always have difficult platforms for... perception, just because the range of services they provide is very broad, hence rookies can get lost in this maze.
But there is a nice client support, so they can be easily found in it :)

This is one of the most affordable brokers I have used, starting from the minimum deposit which was really low to the fees and other charges, the platform doesn’t charge for deposit and withdrawals which I also find very cool.

speaking about my journey with the fxpro broker, then there is not a lot to say, actually...
it's just a robust trading platform with all those amenities i need for analyzing the market's snetiment and making informed decisions. range of instruments allows me to do the magic so i am busy with this constantly.
platform works correctly, no lags and annoying bugs, order execution is instantaneous.
customer support guys are very affable, reply within minutes, but not always in detail.
