HI, I just add FXDD in my account.
And also I had set the publisher in FXDD MT4 and the journal say is starting and OK.
But why in myfxbook the status is still pending ?
I try with another broker and it works just fine.
Is the server name i entered is wrong.
I use this : FXDD-MT4 Demo Server 2 - FXDD
Please help me.

mharap, recently FXDD changed their account statements policy and replaced the statement template in your MetaTrader installation.
Please download the original statement here: https://www.myfxbook.com/pages/statement.htm and place it in the templates folder of your MetaTrader installation directory.

It should be saved as statement.htm (overwrite the existing file).
In your case, your MetaTrader platform hasn't sent any data yet to our servers.
Please double check you've followed the instructions as shown here: https://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_1

Check for it on the internet. You will get the updated news and know what you have been doing wrong.
