Maybe they can improve the speed of free VPS that they give to you if you have 300$+ in account and have trades for more than 3.00lots/month. I don't had any other issues with them, everything works perfect.

I have also an VPN on them where I put my EA to do his job, works cool, everything works cool.

"Another scam when withdrawing"
What do you like best about RoboForex?
Nothing, web is hard to use, UI and UX are from 2010 and support is generic AI.
What would you improve about RoboForex?
You cant improve brokers that prevent withdraws with silly excuses.

I cant withdraw my money.
I deposited with mastercard, no issues.
The withdraw methods say refund visa/mastercard or visa/mastercard or spei (direct to my bank account no master/visa).
They claim I cant withdraw to mastercard even though is the same account, the exact same. At my name.
Even doe front end and documents reference YOU CAN withdraw with mastercard you care not allowed by broker.
Then, I use spei and my withdraw is processed and then canceleed for "unknown" reasons they deny to clarify when this is clearly direct deposit not mastercard or visa invoved.
So after weeks and tired of excuses im giving my money for lost - unless I loss 20% of my total investment using skrill.
Binance is the only method for crypto very shady, I dont use brokers that had CEO stepping back for crimes committed while being CEOs so you know.
Rats partnerings with rats.
By the way, "robo" in spanish means "steal" so they dont even hide it.

It works, been using them for 18 months without issue, deposits were fine and withdrawals without commision on Tuesdays work instantly.
What would you improve about RoboForex?
I have nothing to add to improve at the moment, the app works fine also. I had an issue with setting up the Wallet but it was more me misundertanding the instructions.
Overall
As my system is totally automated I have the AE on a server of my choice and it integrated seamlesly. Deposits and withdrawals without issue. 2 factor security seems to work fine. The app is easy to use to monitor my progress, rebates paid monthly without fuss. I have had no issue with Roboforex so far.

+ well developed social trading (not the pelican crap lots of other broker co-use) and affiliate services.
+ rebates / bonus and profit sharing programms are reasonably good.
+ free VPS (upgradable via support)
+ free wirhdrawals 2x a week
+ customer service
What would you improve about RoboForex?
- nick names to accounts.
- accounts in other currencies, like CHF would be nice.

After searching for a while, this may be the only broker I know of offering this kind of package incl. a cent account. I have had no issues as of now.
