Trading is hard, the short you took Stevewalker, works, i take it sometimes when it happen. But its seems like most of the time bigdogs know our games, and screw it up. by pushing up prices. But it was london close so it went good. However this does not happen everytime. So i wonder how to survive if there are no universal patterns that works. If Big dogs change their strategies everytime.
I do profit sometimes, but ive been realizing the market is takin more my money than what i take from it. I might revize my strategies.
This market Seems like a deadlock to me Stevewalker, Chikot.

EUR/USD is losing 0.12% at 1.2543 as fo writing, with the immediate support at 1.2535 (hourly low Aug.23) would bring 1.2515 (hourly low Aug.22) then 1.2488 (high Aug.21) and 1.2431 (low Aug.22).
On the upside, a break above 1.2608 (high Jul.4) would bring 1.2627 (high Jul.3) then 1.2663 (50% of 1.3284-1.2042) and 1,2693 (high Jun.29).

the first short trade was a limit order.
second one was market and I again exit early. due my platform was open.
still having old bad habits.

I was long all the time before the end. it is day trading. was up 20 pips but did not take profit and even did not move stop. then closed -8-9 pips and reversed. this time I did close at 20-22 pips profit. I am also got onto longer term long trade around 1.2500.

I do not see any locks. The market is trending!!!

I think we have a good probability cause it is along the current trend and trend tends to break s/r levels. needs to take care of short orders above.

placed a Buy Limit @2490 as soon as market open. Guess what, I missed entry with spread😁😁
so opened a long @2508 and just hit tp @2530

I see the break below 1.2500 more likely.
What I mean is if you are above 1.2550 I would go Short and below 1.2500 I would go Long.
Not sure if you agree :) but I dont see the range breaking any level before Friday (usually the day of reversal).
