IG and ava trade are the ECN brokers that you might be looking for. I’ve been trading with these two for over 2 years now and apart from being ECN brokers, they offer tight variable spreads starting from 0.0 pips. Apart from this, another reason I opted for these two was the absence of a dealing desk and low commission of $1. All in all, it’s a good deal trading with them. But one important aspect is that you should trade on the demo accounts to understand about the functioning of the platforms.

Yes, there are many brokers that offer spreads as low as 0.0 pips and you can trade with them as per your trading requirements.
