1. Mortgage
2. Bank loan
3. Other than bank loan
4. Any other ideas?
5. Do you have profitable EA, do you use it as signal/pamm/social trading to generate profit?

It depends if you have profitable long term strategy it would generate about 5% with not too high risk.
What is the base amount so 5% monthly is enough for living.
$100,000 ?

depending on your system you could try compounding at certain time intervals........
I am not sure what do you mean but the idea could be borrow money on CC, withdraw and pay it off before they charge you the interest. But it would require a lot of deposit and withdrawals

i have tried that......but it is very intense
Cash withdrawal of $2500 USD from credit card at the start of billing cycle
Made deposit and trade $2500 USD and made profit of about 6% before the end of the billing cycle
Withdraw funds of $2500+$150=$2650
Paid back $2500 before they charged interest and left with gross profit $150 minus the transaction fees of $20 I had net profit of $130.....
Might not work for everyone especially if you have higher transaction fees...

A lot of effort for small profit
and also high risk you will miss the due date (e.g. broker issue) and have to pay high interest...

Some brokers run incentives, like they will give you $50, and after you have made 5 live trades, the money becomes yours. But I will give you my 2 cents, and tell you that you need at least $200 to start, just in case, which the market loves to throw at you!
Only take what the market will let you have, and Never accept a loss!

I mean serious investment like $20,000 with profit sufficient for living which is for me around $3,000/month

If you can pull 3000 on a 20,000 account, then you have a very nice trading strategy, personally I waited more like 75k, before I started pulling a salary! My goal was to only take out 1/4th of what I made for the month, so the account continues to grow stronger. Pulling 1k today, could mean a loss of 10k you would have made with it at the end of the year!
Only take what the market will let you have, and Never accept a loss!

I can have stable profit of 8-10% monthly.
I am still thinking about what amount to leave on account and what amount to withdraw.
I would say withdraw 50% of profit and keep 50% on account.

If you are getting that kind of return, and are confident about your trading, the thing to do and be secure down the road is not to touch any of it. If you need money, find a part time job!
Only take what the market will let you have, and Never accept a loss!

I would fund the account as much as you can afford (less money in the bank for rainy days etc.) and raise capital from family and friends...
If you manage to sustain a sufficient track record whilst managing DD to return ratio, equity to margin ratio (big thing for private and serious investors), then you'll have some bigger interests as soon as 12-24 months.
For now, I would focus on not making a profit every month, but instead, start smaller ($20k ish), produce a 12 month return, go to friends and invite opportunity for them to invest. After 24 months you'll have serious weight behind you... All you'd need is 3-6% per month growth... 6% per month compounded is doubling your money every year (assuming you take no withdrawals)
