Yeah Chikot we're lucky to have YouTube, all those fine songs, available anytime ...
Friday at last! Now take it easy, forget all the troubles and cares ... who gives a f...k if the Yurozone problems are underrated, or overrated, or Greece CCC-rated, will it tank heavily or will it skyrocket, bla bla bla, I wanna be working on my tan ... 😎

Yes, hard to imagine how it was before youtube :)
It is possible to find almost everything in here. Unfortunatelly, a lot of melodies I loved I do not remember names at all.
But I still love Billy Ocean
This is what I would call a good Afro American music speaking politically correct language 😉
I am sitting so much the whole of the week that instead of tannig I am going to the gym Sat and Sun. make a total work outs plus saunas. But I am dreaming of going somewhere south, preferably Mediterranian, my favorite place next summer as we are having an addition to our family 😄
Speki, are you going to the gym as well ?

Whenever I hear the music and it is always on my disk in the car, I imagine Africa. The music is so good and so is a clip. No need for HQ or HighTech video or girls with nothing to hide.
My brother is running traveling white water rafting company and regularly takes groups to Africa, India, South America. I hope to go with him once I am ok.

Excellent tuneskies, Chikot ... how about Hall & Oates ... very talented boys ... both of them singers and multi-instrumentalists. Fantastic fusion of rock & roll + R & B music.
Their music reminds me in many ways, Wham and George Michael ...

I loved them. Very rythmical and excellent melodies.
For me 80's ended in 1992 with advert of techno which I found boring and when trans arived I was turned off completely.
There still were few good songs in 90's but I am not a fan of 90's music.

BTW, Speki, didn't you notice that clothes styles as well as music kind of got frozen?
If you watch say Matrix with Reeves you will find clothes as if from today. In any case, guy in Reevs clothers from Matrix on the streert now would not attract any attention. Now imagine the guy from say 1975 appearing on 1985 disco.
Boys still wear same kind of things that appeared in the beginning of 90's with the rise of Hip Hop/ Rap culture popularity

LOL. Imagine how we'd look in our own 90s gear. I think I had size 32 jeans and now I need 36. That's life. I always told girls who were obsessed with their weight, I don't mind if you gain a kilo or two, I'll be happy to have more of you. Can't stand bulimic Barbies. 😁
Aight, back to the 90s!

LOL, I still wear same size as when I was 18. I actually still had one piece of 1988 clothes last. Namely pants I bought in Beijing summer 1988. They were sitting exactly like 22 years ago :)
My appearances are really deceptive regarding age.

I like those "Guess the year" shows .. it's not easy to tell which year a song was released.
Here is a "guess the decade" ... one of those fine rock songs is from the 60s, another from the 80s and one from the 2000s.
Which is which?
The first person to guess, gets .. a slice of baklava! Tempting innit. http://tinyurl.com/baklav

I loved these British dudes.
and here Chris is 10 years later
Midnight lady by Dieter Bohlen from Modern talking
I still believe 70's-80's up to 1992 was probably the best period in modern music.
50's were great, 60's too much variety for my taste :)
and 70-80's was the peak, just perfect
