Need some assistance. I funded a trading account with a few payments/transfers using my debit card recently. I'm now seeking to withdraw all funds. If the broker doesn't follow through with the withdrawal process, am i able to use charge-back, to get my funds back? My balance is actually positive, therefore I'm currently in profit.

Recent falls within 120 days. No issue there.

Any advice? Anyone used charge-back before if a broker decides to not transfer my funds back? The funds are from myself, to my own trading account, and i just want the funds back. At the moment this might be a little preemptive my question. However I'm actually a little nervous based around the conduct of my broker, and want to be sort of prepared.

The broker is not regulated within the UK. The broker is regulated i believe by cysec, however i opened an international account, which doesn't fall under cysec.

The funds are currently sitting in my trading account. There's no questions around source of funds, or anything like that. Simply, can i use charge-back, if a broker decides not to return my funds. Anyone been through this before?

Well, when you applied with the broker, example, you are using ABC account number. So you withdraw the fund into that account as normal procedure.
The recent adding fund from your Debit card. Lets assume $5000 from debit/credit. The broker will not let you withdraw to your original bank account ABC. However they need you to withdraw the same amount that you been debit/credit to your trading account. Until those amount fully clear from your debit/credit card.
Then you able to withdraw a normal account.
WHY IS THE BROKER is doing that - because of ML policy (Money Laundering policy)
I hope that is make sense.
