MAKE A STRATEGY FIRST. THEN PUT THAT STRATEGY IN THE CHATGPT TO MAKE A BOT, THEN TEST THAT BOT ON YOUR DEMO ACCOUNT. THEN TEST THAT BOT ON THE PAST DATA. THEN PUT 100$ FOR REAL TRADING.

NEVER EVER GO LIVE WITH THE REAL BALANCE UNLESS YOU HAVE TESTED THE STRATEGY/BOT/INDICATOR ALREADY ON THE DEMO.

What's the detailed explanation of how it can be done?

Absolutely, it's crucial to thoroughly test any trading strategy or trading bot before using real funds.

Using chat gpt to design a bit is possible but you need to be very specific about what you want. So much so that you may as well design it yourself

I must give this a try this weekend. Is there anywhere online that gives good detailed instructions on how to? Also how can you back test an AI?

There are lots of websites you can build EA if you know what your strategy is based on indicators.
Google: EA maker

many good and free and paid services

we've built some and some work out very well

Chatgpt bots dont compile in most cases. Ive tried and failed many times. Maybe there was an error in my code.

Agree on everything except backtesting. I have seen 1000 bots that on backtest are doing great and on real accounts are trash. And i also saw/used bots that on backtest performed very poorly and in real life market conditions made steady and logical trades.
SO if you have strategy in mind, and you know how to use ChatGPT to code it for you, try it on demo. It will still take a long long time until you finish

I said it before, it takes a long time until you perfect it and get rid of any errors. But slowly you can do it but be prepared to use documenation too.

Great advice! Developing a trading strategy is crucial. Testing it on a demo account and historical data using ChatGPT to create a bot is a smart approach. Only when it proves successful in simulations should one consider live trading with a small balance. Patience and thorough testing pay off!

Do you have any template for making request or maybe you can explain how to craft it to receive working code? Should I request the code to be written in MQL language or in Python?
