yes without..just ask plimus.. they send notice that refund is made..but it takes 7-10 days to see on statement... i wont tell anything until i see it in my pocket...
for thos interested in decompiled versions i found it... but i dont know what to change in it...

So far no luck getting a refund have been using the Plimus website and emailing back and forth with them and also stating that the original sales copy did not say MINIMUM 30 days. I have also done everything required and Jake from FRWC sent an email saying I need to send 30 days of trading account statements and that I can send statements from several trading accounts combined. I will try sending more statements and see how that goes.
Seems like the results are in and FRWC are getting a lot of refund requests and are not giving out the refunds so easily anymore.
The affiliates for FRWC got 50% of the $999 sales price after sixty days (the refund period) which is why you see so many 'review sites' giving glowing reviews of FRWC royal trader.

Fourth attempt to get refund. Fail. The FRWC keep sending the same response. VENDOR : Resolve (without a refund) - Please, refer to the 30 days requirement in the guarantee you cited. Once again, you need to email your 30-day trading statement to [email protected] . Please, note that the 30-day trading statement required for a refund can be that of a DEMO account, with absolutely no risk of losing your money. Also, please, don't forget to specify your purchase number in your refund request.

Just for the record.... I was thinking of getting a refund......... and I had no problem to get one....

here is the last email on this. FYI... I am still not sure if to refund or not!

Good news!! I just got notification of my refund, and what's more, Paypal already wrote a mail to say the money's in my account. One huge sigh of relief...

Don't give up chasing those refunds. Those guys know they tried to change the rules after the sale, which is clearly illegal, and, once you point this out to them, they have no option but to pay up.

I asked Plimus for a refund a couple weeks ago. They referred me to FRWC. I asked FRWC for a refund 3 times. They ignored me. I then asked Plimus for a refund a second time and explained that FRWC ignored three refund requests. Plimus finally issued the refund yesterday.

Yes I also mentioend that changing the wording of a refund policy is ILLEGAL and that my two account statements combined add up to 40 days which more than meets the required for a refund. Still now refund though...4th attempt..

Just go after Plimus as their reputation is at stake (defective product that keeps tweaking) without a refund. That's what most of us did and got refunded.

I got this copy and paste job as well, I also said I'd just prefer my money. So far I've not had a response back from that. I've emailed them again and contacted Plimus.

I think your refund will follow soon. This standard text seems like a last resort, when they know all else has failed, and they try one more time to get you to stay in.
I copied Plimus support on everything, including the trading account statements. I figure they must be getting weary of all the disputes by now...

Every way they've tweaked the robots has been profitable? Not a single losing robot while real users on demo and Live and losing money. Well, reports have been filed at NFA, CFTC, IC3 (partner of FBI) etc so you guys will get your needed refund.

The account was trading some other system until 2010.01.26 03:13. You can see the comment by scrolling over the Trade#. The older system/trades lost $4403.44. So you should add this back to the total that Fusion made.

The HiriderAdvForwardTest statement looks like a demo though, there's no typical 'Auto Account Sync with FXCM' entries normally associated with live accounts. It also didn't have the 2010.03.26 01:08 trades that hit the -210 SL which I experienced and as did the Fusion_Steve a/c.

Got my refund today folks, so don't stress!

I'm going to stop Fusion in MT4 but I'll leave this account active for the comments ( not sure if they persist if I remove the account ).

Thanks to all the people who contributed their thoughts and experiences to this thread.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for opening this thread. And please don't remove this account just yet although you have stopped Fusion.
I am currently requesting a refund as well and got the copy and paste job. Haven't heard back from them again just yet.
