This is a real account, real strategy but its very bad and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are many better strategies that you can find.

I am not in a position to say which strategy is good or not; but can give you an advice to go to completecurrrencytrader.com MT4 + Ninja Trader. Using Currency Strength Indicator to begging with.
