Are you outside the US? If outside, I don't see why you can't. If you are in the US then this is not allowed.

Thanks Sergey - does the lot size (order size) increase when the account balance becomes greater.

Maybe - however there are variable lot sizes. That would be a good idea Joos, unfortunately we have to be cautious.

I did not login to the account but viewing the trades, it does martingale. This may not be an issue since it is a scalper meaning the losses are minimal so there is not a serious risk (this is what I see at the moment).
