What Is the Best Time to Trade Forex for Beginners?

I kinda noticed this too while learning. Sometimes I would stare at charts during quieter hours and end up forcing random trades because nothing was really moving. The London and New York sessions feel a lot cleaner for me since there’s more volume and price reacts better around key levels.

Need system for avoid overtrading.

Honestly I learned this the hard way. Nowadays with all the headlines and sudden moves, sometimes the market just feels like pure TACO mode and it’s easy to get dragged into overtrading. Having rules for when not to trade is probably just as important as having a strategy.

Do reviews actually help you choose a platform?

Kinda agree on this. Hands on experience matters more in the end because every platform feels different depending on your trading style. I usually test on a demo first as well just to see how the execution and overall performance feels before trusting reviews too much.
