My strategy involves taking trades from areas of confluence where i can readily
determine small to tiny stop loss parameters and riding whatever trend develops.
My exits are determined by a proprietary mixture of signals. This holds true for longs and or shorts. My strategy does not require a great deal of pips to be effective. Before entering every trade i first require the velocity of price action to be in line with the trend or position i am entering. There will be times when there may well be 50 trades going on at the same time. In my approach i utilize a stop loss measure that locks in the first 8 pips of profit, after 2 locks, the trail is removed and whatever happens happens. The end result is that i no longer care about the trade. Profits have been locked and i can look for another trade. In this manner, equity is preserved and the bulk of capital is constantly being used. It is my belief that your capital should work harder than you do. It has been a difficult journey in understanding exactly how to do this without an increase in exposure to market volatility.
