I'm SIA and I have been trading for sometime. After testing multiple trading instruments, strategies, indicators, I ended up settling with just price action, support & demand (Support & Resistance) and one trading instrument, XAUUSD.

I am currently trading on a small account balance of 1,000 and constantly refining my scalps and finding better entry points. I usually risk about 1% - 2% per trade and I limit myself to not more than 3 trades a day.

Why isn't there anyone talking about trading psychology?

Seems like everyone is just talking about their "proven" strategies, indicators and trading-in-a-box solutions.Only the real traders know that the key is in trading psychology, not a bunch of gimmicks.

I took a nice break in July 2025, and I will restart my trading again in August 2025. This time round, I will update on a weekly basis instead of daily, as I feel that it will be more constructive after reviewing my past few months of updates. Back to trading gold!
