Powerhouse Slugger (high risk)

Hello, i am using this strategy and i am with a current drawdown of 8%, slugger in the low risk mode. The other strategies of the powerhouse are doing great, but specifically this one is killing all my profits. Can you please explain how this strategy works? Thanks.
