The buy trade also ranged and I closed this manually at 20:00 BST for a loss of -33 pips before Friday market close.

DATE: 08.12.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: +63 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: Bearish trade that was opened yesterday closed at +63 pips in profit, as there was a bullish signal that formed. This bullish trade was stopped out at break even. After reaching a high of +55 pips, it reversed back down before Draghi ECB speech to hit Stop Loss that had been moved to breakeven level. After Draghi ECB speech caused strong bearish sentiment in market, another sell signal was triggered on 16:00 BST candle. This trade is still open now and will be closed before Friday close.

Price over the next 12 hours moved very strongly to +170 pips past entry price and was only 10 pips away from my TP target of +180 pips. Unfortunately price reversed back down bearishly and in the process, developed a strong reversal pin bar formation on 12:00 BST candle. From being +170 pips in profit, price dropped to +40 pips in profit. Due to bearish pin bar formation, I moved SL to +20 pips lockin. Trade is still open at time of writing and around...

Had to close the trade at midnight for a profit of +13 pips as the OPEC meetings are commencing all day Wednesday. Alongside the ECB meeting, there will be a lot of volatility in market so will be staying out until Thursday 1st December.

Price was +90 in profit at one stage but shot up in bullish direction after GBP Autumn Forecast Statement was released at 12:30 BST. I should have closed trade at 12:00 but I did not have this annual statement in my fundamental watch list. Next year I will prepare for this statement better
