Yesayarb, you have been contacted by our support team. Please check your email.We did receive several complaints regarding this issue - it appears that MetaTrader fails to publish the statement after long periods of continuous publishing (usually several days), and restarting MetaTrader resolves it.However in your case, since restarting didn't help, you've probably configured your publisher incorrectly.

Kenny, it's a perfectly valid question. We do apologize for not having a detailed explanation in the help section, as we're very busy with platform development, but promise to add it in the near future.As covered in previous thread:"It measures the risk:reward ratio, showing you the average reward you are getting on each trade in the selected currency. So if you have a risk ratio of 1.5 in EURUSD, it means that for every 1 unit of the trade you are initiating, you're expected to get back 1.5 units.More over, you can see from this statistic which currencies are your more profit...

Jason, we would update the data in real time if it was up to us. Not sure how your MetaTrader 4 is triggered as you said, but the shortest interval for the update is 5 minutes, hence why our systems update your data every 5 minutes also.

We're glad you like our platform!No, we don't have an option for a generic file upload. How would one create a generic file to upload to our servers? This will be an issue by itself.Also as it will be manual process, this is something that we would like to avoid, as part of our platform's concept is it's fully automated.Nevertheless, we would love to hear your solution, as we may consider this if no other options are possible.

Neptune, this issue was covered several times before.Our aim is to keep transparency at the highest level, so selecting a custom period for account analysis is not possible as it could be used in a way to manipulate stats by selecting your best trading period.For our analytics to work, all of the account history should be submitted, as calculations can't start without a first deposit (which is the first trade on each account).You can also keep your account private if you don't want to share it (twitter connection can also work even if private).Hope that answered your questions.
