I responded promptly as requested and was advised that I would have a full response in under 90 minutes, that was three days ago and no response since. I would advise that if you are going to respond to comments received regarding your service that you do so in the timeframe you set yourselves as you are just now enforcing the view that you provide a sub standard service and especially very poor customer service.

Unfortunately I had much the same experience as Z80fx, the quote was reasonable, the work although was apparently going to be completed early was completed a week late, no big deal and only a few minor issues were found. I had paid up front as well. The first issue was resolved however the second issue which was small, the programmer did not respond nor has he responded since. It has been over a month and although I did receive a email apparently from my account manager to setup a call, they never set up the call and have not heard anything, so have been left with an EA that doesn't wor...
