It's a basic fact that as a transaction occurs, demand & supply will decrease by an equal quantity and so their ratio will change that'll change price.Interesting point to ponder is that price will change even without transactions taking place. @marco_mmbiz when you say few brokers aren't showing"extreme short term profit makers" you don't get why they do that.We use leverage, our broker pays on our part at the exchange to get Ur the required amount of foreign exchange. @marco_mmbiz broker and bank accounts are different things my friend. We use more than one bank account for security purposes, ease of use, to get more than one debit and credit cards, to have different joint accounts with persons of choice and various reasons. It's like having more than one set of clothes. While you stick to one or two brokers at max cause using more than one only increases hassles, those who know trading will be successful in any platform. How do we describe our work to layman such that our words are related to automation of trading. Maybe describe only trading forex pairs.I face difficulty in explaining it to noob crowds who think i am sort of some agent whose only struggle is getting clients for investment so i may gain from commission. They judge my job as something cheap.I am a "day trader" or "swing trader" is not a good answer for them. ppl relate trader to supplier of some sort. @Shelby10 @cardigan first you compare your broker then you use em. You compare by visiting their sites, opening demo accounts with em, but not at all by trading live with all brokers accounts at once and that's what this thread is about.

@Curtid33 i am a swing trader and its the same for me. 5-6 years with same broker, XM.Its always the same for all, only the scale and strategy of trade changes whose results are independent of brokers if minor spread diff is ignored.

Leverage is not so important. There are other factors like analysis-fundamental,technical,sentimental, psychological factors, discipline and a lot more. But leverage is critical.you just have to find what suits you.Most brokers give it upto 888 or 1000.but most manual traders use 200,300 or 400.while most ea account use 500.so you must find yours.Internet says the safe one is 20 or 50, but that is almost equal to zero risk zero profit. you have to get above it.@Fxanbu

@Mohammadi Its too much to tell about in a comment.Google is best for such queries.In simple words trading is a table with three legs.1.technical analysis. -deals with mathematics involved in charts2.fundamental analysis. -deals with global news and their incoming data via economic calendar 3.sentimental analysis. - deals with gross long and short positions in an instrument at current time.Now you can keep googling more about this.

Those who don't, teach others.I have not read other's comments, but my point is just study from online materials, youtube is BS, Signals are BS, Copy trading is a nice way to diversify risk but not in initial stages.And demo acc is a nc way to start but don't spent too much time on it or it looses its purpose.
