EUR/USD bounced off the support at 1.1000 today and consolidation continued. I doubt it will manage to break below that level before the FOMC rate decision announcement on Wednesday.

The pair will most likely reach 1.0900 and perhaps even break below that level, but the end of the correction and the continuation of the bearish trend will be confirmed after it breaks below 1.0460.

Today's fundamentals finally ended the EUR/USD consolidation and the pair moved to the downside again. It broke below the support at 1.1160 and I expect that it will continue falling until it reaches the support at 1.0900.

I too think EUR/USD will return to the 1.1200 level because there is a shooting star candlestick below the resistance at 1.1460 on the weekly filter chart and that often means a singificant move to the downside.

EUR/USD bounced off the resistance at 1.1315 once again. I don't think we will see another attempt to break above that level before Fed releases the minutes from the FOMC meeting.

It stopped right at 1.1280, formed a doji candlestick on the four-hour fillter chart and moved to the downside again. I suspect it will continue falling until it reaches 1.1140 if it manages to break below the support at 1.1230.

To be honest, I wouldn't put sell before it breaks below 133.20, not to mention that hammer candlestick on the daily filter chart makes me think it might move to the upside again.

I think it would have to break above the previous high at 1.1295 to be sure that there will be a bullish rally.
