Very helpful customer service. They are easy to communicate with really. Anyway, not a pro, but the broker has good trading conditions in my opinion. The leverage goes high enough, they have tight spreads, and fair commissions, and a bunch of accounts to select from.

Putting my 2,000 cents into those words already said about this broker, I have to note that this is a stable platform and reliable broker.
MetaTrader 5 which is chosen as the primary trading engine never lets me down in terms of performance and order execution.
Perhaps, the range of tradable markets could be expanded, but it's optional, cuz I am not into 'exotic' assets like bonds, indices, rare currency pairs and similar.
