Initially, this bonus was supposed to be provided for all account types, but then the bonus program for cTrader had to be finished off and developed, so we are on the step of its development (it's being worked on now and it will be available as soon as possible), but if you read the bonus rules, you will see that it is available only for MT4 account ('After the required volume is completed, the bonus will be deducted from your MT4 credit and simultaneously deposited into your balance'.)

This is really a very LAUGHABLE explanation and I am not waiting this explanation from you. I was waiting more seriousness from you than the chat. I let the readers of this topic to draw their own conclusions, about your makreting inaccuracy. I am sorry, but I see that you are continuing to try to dupe me about the bonus. Why are you writing LIES on your webpage banner and on your facebook advertisment?? Why are you telling that bonus is available on ALL account types? And why you are not telling clearly on the bonus rules that the bonus is available only on the MT4 accounts? Are you really serious broker or are you a marketer only?
As you are trying again to dupe me on bonus, I am attaching again your deceptively banner on your webpage about the bonus. And I am also attaching a screenshot of the bonus rules, on your webpage, that are you writing that the bonus is available on ALL account types. If you have hide an intimation only on other sentence of the rules, you are simply a draft company and not a serious company. And of course I cannot suffer your sketchiness. Could you write this clear on your webpage, to not confuse your clients, please?. Your clients have the right to know exactly about the fees. And you cannot tell that the deposit via skrill is free of charges, because it is a marketing lie. You MUST inform your clients about the really costs on deposit via skrill the eur account. It is too difficult to get informed your clients?

The support of live chat is too bad and they are not mattering to correct the problems that I met.

They give me the impression of a very draft and very bad organisation. They have lost thei reliable for me

I made really nice profit with these guys and I havent seen anything you describe above.
I lost the account being too greedy but not their fault.

When you make close order at profit, they will execute only with minus slippage of 5-6 pips, same way also opening trade will execute by 5-6 pips against, so net 10-12 pips wll loose in each trade

I had one negative experience regarding withdrawal when OctaFx requested me to use different channel without explnation.
Otherwise it is great broker.

Yes Octafx is a very bad broker and systems they using which get freeze and they do mistakes and u loss the money this is very funny company i moved from them

Octafx made me loss 20$ and this 20$ will make them rich so Enjoy the money

People more often prefer to share their negative experience than the positive one, so, if you see some negative reviews, it is not a reason to charge the broker with a scam.
Thus, if you have any particular issues and constructive feedback, please, share with us, but do not just copy and paste this “scam” messages without any detailed information (name, account number, screenshots).
