Hello there! I’ve been trading for 4 years now and tried many different strategies and different mentors starting from ict ending with Lori. All these years it was a bumpy ride as there were good months and bad months. To this day I cannot find consistency in my trading although I understand all of the mechanics of the liquidity and can “read” the chart from the perspective of residing liquidity pretty good but cannot execute properly due to my psychology problems. I understand that my main problem is psychology and my mental state that im working on right now. But these past few months were really dark for me in terms of believe in the “retail” side of the industry. Suddenly I started to really ask myself is there any retail trader that makes a good living off trading as pretty much 98% of community doesnt like to show the losses and everyone tries to impress each other but really dont have any consistency in their tradings. If you are a consistent trader for a good amount of time - could you please give some advice to me as im really thinking of quitting because im losing fate in myself and the industry.

Oh who likes to talk about their mistakes? I wouldn't want it either. 😄😄 Although I saw really cool guys on the forum who have been trading for a long time and make stable money even with losses. Look at the accounts that are verified on the forum.

Oh how long time these books were written? Time changes and so does trade. If these books are no longer relevant, then it is better not to recommend them.

All Traders take losses, that is part of the profession, but it is how you manage and control the trade /loss ( that is another conversation)
You make many comments in your post about your psychology problems, could this be due to you haven't found a Consistently % winning strategy (wins & losses)?
If your strategy was consistently % profitably over X trades over X days weeks months then this may help to alleviate your problems, (You must have a proven strategy) Period.
Regarding books, google Steve Ward he has a couple of books out which may help.
Good luck on your Journey.
