I have a couple of questions relating AutoTrade.

First of all, how do I know about the exact costs charged by MyFXbook per trade? I am with Pepperstone and I pay a small commission per lot, which in turn allows me to trade against real orders without a spread made. What are the extra costs related to AutoTrade though?

Secondly, I wondered how people combat the problem of signal providers opening a ton of trades. I noticed that overall most of the best systems only win 2 or so pips on average which means if your costs are anything near 2 pips you might as well not bother?

I also wondered in what timezone the hours of successful trades are depicted in, in the signal providers profile? In the editing screen it mentions it's UTC, is this the same timezone as in the providers profile?

Lastly anyone here who has experienced success in using AutoTrade and perhaps could point me to some good providers which are not of the 'churn'em and burn'em' type?

I don't understand when i click on copy a person's EA i always get at pop that says...

'Copy With Signal Start

In order to copy this system to your account with a monthly subscription fee, send an invite to the trader so it becomes available through www.signalstart.com. Once the system is available, we will notify you by email.'

^^ what is that about?

I thought as long a system was available to copy i that already was in the hands on myfxbook?

how do i sort out these 'un-available systems'?

Has anyone actually invested money in a Johnpaul77, RobinVOL and/or Lucky Pound Autotrade per the current top 3 systems?

If so, would very much like to know your results thus far.

I could not even find someone who have used Demo accounts with Autotrade for several months not to say real accounts.
I have just setup 3 demo accounts where each one is running a single provider.
I have adjusted the initial balance and risk to what i consider reasonable values. Let's see how it goes.

Let me tell you guys how autotrade is as a signal provider. We make money people join. We lose money people leave. As results people join at highs and leave at lows and very few are making money while we have had a huge gain this year. We have witnessed this cycle since last October and we are considering leaving autotrade .

I´m actually one of your followers and I plan to stick with you, since I belief you are serious traders and I have faith in your ability to generate Alpha, but part of the problem is that it´s hard to have faith in signal providers if most of what you can base your decision on is past results.

I hope you stay, since I think you are one of the better signal providers at the moment, last months have been rough on many people I feel.

I have invested both in John Paul and Lucky Pound. Currently, I am up 5% in 30 days. So far, I am pleased with the results from these two even though John Paul has these 3 open trades for the past 2 weeks. I was up 10% before Lucky Pound made some bad moves which dropped my profits but it has been good so far.

You guys should start off with a small amount and reduce the risk percentage, as you are starting to see results, increase them. You can't judge one of these traders within a few weeks of trading.

I am following JohnPaul77 since it came back to Autotrade. It made 123usd relalized profit and -171usd unrealized profit so far.

But I have to say, that the ranking does not mean anything. I also followed Prestige trader (after a huge drawdown) which made much more profit for me before it left the Autotrade system.

I am also following SPECIAL which does a moderate profit with low drawdowns.

As of typing now, I see that Lucky Pound has no more open positions, however , when I am looking at mine, it is still running? Am I the only one who is experiencing this?

Hi AlfiePogi, I decided to close all the trades manually last night. Just to be sure, I think we all should monitor it by ourselves from time to time, I'm pretty sure it was a system bug. Anyway, I am also turning off all Autotrade by tonight's US Interest Rate adjustment annoucement.

Hi all, i've used a demo account with minimal balance 1000, subscribed to 8 systems (top ones, ambush, robin, volatility, lucky pound etc.) with minimal balance indicator at only 4% (high risk). Just after 1 weeks, probably good weeks, the equity is now at 1,200 level.

I was wondering if i open a real account, would the results be as close as this?... Would usd1000 be sufficient in real account with subscription to 8 systems and such low minimal balance?

Additionally, which brokers would have the least slippage and lowest cost per transactions? ICMarkets, Pepperstone, Tickmill or Tenko?
