I have a complaint regarding Ironfx and MT4 account number is 11195584. On 16.11.23. My account account has been withdrawn 250 usd from my account and the same thing has happened in my other mt4 as well and from my clients/friends account but unfortunately it has not happened and withdrawal has been cancelled.

I have complain same time to account manager why and who is withdrawing my money and tried to stop it out but from my one account is withdrawal 250 usd and it was all matter of low security in ironfx and broker is saying that you have shared password with someone and it has happened so we are not responsible?

Then why the same thing has happened with my other clients and friend accounts?

Another thing is how and why you can sent withdrawal to anyone without my consent and asking anything to mail as well and not any security ?

and per regulation, withdrawal should be done with same medium as we have deposited, I have deposited with local depositor 500 usd the same amount must withdraw with same medium and they have sent withdrawal in usdt to someone else and they are even not replying my as well and just say that it has happened from your end.

So I kindly request you to pls look into this matter

Terrible brokerage, unusual pricing on commodity charts, like just unexplainable, spreads like 10x the market avg, then i write to them and they rap about some bs. Spreads on average are poor, server is average, customer service is good but have yet to have follow up on my last email, over a week ago. So here i am giving them a bad report like i told them i would. Strange how they go the distance to get various currencies, and a host of products but cant manage the feeds, i think they are crooks.. you will know when you monitor their commodity prices/ spreads

They are scam brokers for sure since January. Seems they have been hit big time due to the Swiss rate decision and have lot of exposure but not admitting. Everyone is having a problem withdrawing from them. I have complained to my bank to reverse my deposit of 5000 usd by filing a dispute so will get it back and profit of close to 5000 usd will have to fight out. Already complained to Cysec and FOS the arm of FSA.

Please do not deposit or trade with this broker any more as you are just inviting trouble.

This broker in last month has BIG problem make withdrawal to clients!!! I waiting to small sum 9k usd a 2 weeks and any result.

I have made 50,000 USD withdrawal from IronFX and in 2 weeks it is still not on my bank account.

First they told me that large withdrawals need to get management approval. Then they told me that because of EUR/CHF banks have a lot of processing and it takes time. I asked 5 times already to send me the payment slip that they have actually paid me the funds and no response to my emails.

Anybody have same problems with them?

They will delete profitable trades, withdrawal require many days and a lot of mails... and they cancel your winning trades with stupid reasons :
