This is the worst service I've ever paid for...I couldn't even start using my vps WHICH I PAID FOR! I opened 4 'critical' tickets' in their CS platform and NOTHING! They just closed the tickets like they are solved..Unbelievable!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
Today swvps was rebooted my vps without send me any mail.

When their machines are running well, these are excellent servers at a fairly low price. Some services might not cost much more, but only offer 1 or 2 cores - SWVPS offers 4 in their base packages (as i write).
For an EA that does intensive processsing, it's much better to have 4 cores. If there's not that much work it does, one or two cores might be fine.
The other thing i found with some other providers is that they don't have their machines strapped down to the bare minimum to save on memory and CPU. Some of them keep processes that don't seem to be necessary running, and also 'clog up' once you start running more EAs. On SWVPS, for example, you might run 4 EAs on a 2Mb plan, which uses on average about 5% of CPU. On other providers, in part maybe because they have less cores, although i think there are other reasons as well, your CPU use might be around the 90-100% mark, and the machines really slow down, possibly to a stop.
In these cases, it's no use if there's great support, the machines just can't handle it, yet cost about the same or more. In the meantime, you may end up trying to work out how to free up resources for your EAs instead of just setting them up to trade.
The one big drawback with SWVPS is their support. I've been using them for a few years, and for most of that time the response delay was one day. So i'd send in my response, and next day i'd get a reply. That wasn't the greatest customer service, but it was ok, and when they did contact you, they were normally helpful.
Starting this year, though, the service standard has really dropped. Whereas before i could depend on a reply next day, now i'll typically get a reply, but it could be days later. Not great if you're experiencing a real problem or don't know what to do about something.
But even though their support is poor, i'm sticking with them, since unless you pay significantly more, you often don't get machines that are ready to go for trading, use resources sparingly, have 4 CPUs and generally perform well.
If they managed to provide decent service as well, they'd be really hard to beat. As it is, their machines are hard to beat, if not the customer service.

I've been using them for a few days now. It took a while to get my VPS set up, but now it is working fine. Time will tell though if their service is good or not. I do not like their customer service. Taking 3 or 4 days to respond to a support ticket is crazy. The price is good.
Very bad, many breakdowns, and this for DAYS. They have lost all my data and I had to set up all the EAs again, all settings were lost too
