Positive Mindset Helps to Profit in Trading. Greed can ruin a trading career. From my experience, when I came to new trading, I wanted to earn a lot of money, so I would face losses by over-trading. Here I have indulged my greed and made a lot of losses. So there is no need to be greed. Greed destroys people. And if you want to trade, you must give up greed. To be greedy in trading means to bring your danger. So to give up greed by keeping a positive mindset.

Greed is something, which if creeps in your trades, can make you bear huge losses and empty your account in no time. One should be careful in handling emotions and trading out of practicality and logic.

Greed is the cause of destruction. It leads to over trading and unnecessary trading. Profit target should be logical and also should match with skills. If I have ability to get 50 pips, my expectations should not more than that.

I absolutely agree that greed is a big poison. It prevents so many traders to trade profitably. I know two big problems in trading. The first is fear and the second is greed. If you manage to cope with two common vices, you can become a successful trader.

It’s important to know that being greedy won’t do any good to you. If you want to really make it in your trading career, you have to make sure that you trade only when it is needed. Not any time that seems to be a good time just because you want to make money.
