Technically speaking that should be the case for the vendor to close that trade while the users held it longer but its not.

Well my thoughts were that the results were very positive and that was making the EA look great! However subsequent posts are showing differing results

Okay Doug. This was not the only poster that claims to have had refund issues... the point I was trying to make is that if anything is an issue, it certainly does not seem to be performance, as performance for both RTP and VTP seem quite solid and verifiable with the official account. If anything is an issue I could only say the claims of disgruntled customers is the only thing that concerns me at the moment.

I am glad you responded promptly to this thread, however I don't believe you have responded to my Support request which I emailed to you a couple days ago. Can you please provide me with a response? VTP seems to work fine on demo forward testing, but for some reason the backtest gave the following errors (and failed to backtest):

Please explain how I can resolve these issues in order to complete a backtest.

ICM has better spreads and it should perform better than the vendors account. The fact that the vendors account closed the trade before the users indicates his price feed and spreads must be very special. You are free to try out Synergy and compare with the vendors account, We'd all be interested in the comparison.

Yes I notice the vendor never did answer my question around why there were no commissions showing on this account, and as other have pointed out the consecutive ticket numbers for the trades... seems the vendor is using on some sort of special feed that Synergy have offered him... would be good to have an explanation, if this is the case can purchases also access this special feed? thanks

One reason I now only buy EAs from companies that use Clickbank, as I have never had a problem with refunds with clickbank, they are always without questions 60 day money back guarantee. I believe the Vendor is looking at providing this EA on clickbank also.

I agree. No other company can be trusted except ClickBank, who are GUARANTEED to honour any refund request within the 60 day period UNQUESTIONINGLY!

All other payment processors (Paypal, ClickBetter, Click2Sell, Avangate, etc) CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Especially with Paypal, their buyer's protection does not cover 'electronic products' so they are guaranteed to refuse any refund. Vendors often know this, so they choose these second-rate PPs rather than offering a ClickBank method of purchase (I'm not specifically referring to Doug, but all vendors that do not provide ClickBank).

There is something fishy about SynergyFX. I dug up some dirt and posted it here - https://www.myfxbook.com/reviews/brokers/synergy-fx/147217,1 - Donna at DonnaForex also makes her money by affiliate commission through sale of Expert Advisors and I see DonnaForex scratches Synergyfx back and visa versa.

Guys, I have had three trades since I purchased on 6/2/15. My three trades match or even outperform the vendors. I am using IC Markets.

Nice. I have only just made a purchase, and the EA has been quiet since Monday open... at least I am not missing out on anything according to the official account.

I don't know why but I still didn't receive a response to my second email about my backtest errors for VTP...

Doug? Can you just answer my support query here please? Or PM me?

Make sure you allowed DLLs etc. and activated it first by attaching to charts. Also restart mt4. You may need to reinstall the robot

How can I backtest this EA ?

I just bought it yesterday and Doug still doesn't answer my email.

Try with EURUSD and GBPUSD (M15 & spread 10)
and it doesn't show any trade.
